Bruce S. Rogow (1939-) is a professor at Nova Southeastern University Law Center and a leading lawyer who has argued Fourth Amendment cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. Rogow has argued eleven cases before the high court, including two that involved Fourth Amendment issues: Ingraham v. Wright (1977) and Gerstein v. Pugh (1975). Ingraham addressed corporal punishment in the school setting under the Eighth Amendment, but the Court analogized corporal punishment to warrantless arrests. Gerstein established that a state could not hold an individual on information without a judicial determination of probable cause.

Born in Hartford, Connecticut, Rogow grew up in Miami Beach, Florida, where his mother worked as a bookkeeper at the Fontainebleau Hotel. He earned his undergraduate degree in 1961 from the University of Miami and his law degree from the University of Florida in 1963. After graduation, he worked for the Anti-Defamation League in Philadelphia. He then worked for the Lawyers' Constitution Defense Committee in Jackson, Mississippi, doing civil rights work.

He returned to South Florida in 1966 to work for the Legal Services Program of the Office of Economic Opportunity. In 1974, he began teaching at Nova Southeastern University Law Center, where he still teaches today. He has argued more than 450 civil and criminal appeals in various state and federal appellate courts. In January 2009, he was special counsel to the Miami-based law firm Alters Law. He is not with Alters but remains a professor at Nova Southeastern University.
