A test score that has been converted to an equivalent standard score in a normal distribution with a mean of 50 and a standard deviation of 10. To calculate a t score, convert the raw score to a z score (subtract the mean from the raw score, and divide that number by the standard deviation), then multiply by 10 and add 50.
