The ‘Apogee Connections’ Review Meeting
Case
Teaching Notes
Abstract
In 2015 the human resources department at a pharmaceutical company Apogee Ltd. had launched a newsletter, ‘Apogee Connections’, in an electronic format. The newsletter was originally meant to be a bimonthly publication that would initially begin as a quarterly publication, it has so far had only three issues. The newsletter does not seem to have gained much interest across the company and the junior manager responsible for sourcing material has been facing considerable problems. An annual review of the newsletter was part of the action plan and is taking place now after some delay. A meeting has been called to discuss viewpoints, share experiences and generate recommendations going forward.
