Introduction

The two areas in which the environmental agenda has encouraged the greatest development in organizational practice are probably those of environmental management systems and environmental reporting. We have already looked at environmental management systems (EMSs) in Chapter 5. This chapter, and the two following, will look at some of the major themes in environmental reporting.
