Shape Up at the Stadium is a weight-loss and healthy-lifestyle program for men that focuses on nutrition and exercise. Shape Up was created because all-men groups did not exist, and there was a stigma associated with men attending weight-loss groups. Shape Up teaches men about healthy eating and exercise techniques to improve their overall health.
