Dr. Akwugo Emejulu discusses key findings from a cross-national comparative research project called Minority Women's Activism in Tough Times. Researchers found that the experiences of minority women were often left untold, that policy makers were unable to understand their full grievances, and that they were marginalized in radical left spaces.
