This film observes psychotherapist Tom Taylor in session with his client as they use eye movement desensitization and reprocessing treatment for trauma. This specialized treatment approach is built around the use of bilateral visual, auditory or tactile stimulation of the left and right hemispheres of the brain in real time to access and work with traumatic memories.
