Peter Whent is a trained crime scene investigator who teaches investigation techniques to law and criminology students. He believes it is important for everyone in those professions to have a basic understanding of crime scene investigation. One major part of the investigation process is fingerprinting, which can return results a lot faster than DNA evidence.
