INTRODUCTION

Feedback comes in many guises and from many sources, be it the reflection in the mirror first thing in the morning, ad hoc comments from friends or colleagues, to more planned and formal interventions such as the annual performance appraisal or 360/multi-rater assessments as used in many organisations.
