Social Disqualification
Social disqualification is mainly connected with societal or material disadvantageous situations, often characterized by some form of exclusion, lack of freedom, and scarce resources. Apart from social disqualification, such terms as social exclusion, disaffiliation, inability, incapability, and insufficiency are used. All these terms describe the lack of possibility to participate in social life, or limited access to some assets. Social disqualification can be studied from both individual and group perspectives, and there are various reasons for social disqualification.
One of the categorizations encompasses monetary and nonmonetary indicators of social disqualification.
