Adventure Learning

Adventure learning occurs when learning environments are designed to connect learners with real-world explorers and adventurers in other parts of the world. Recent advancements in digital communication technologies have significantly expanded opportunities for both in-school and out-of-school learners to follow along, communicate with, and participate in explorations and educational adventures around the globe. Adventure learning is one learning project that can be highly engaging as learners get to connect with and learn about other cultures, climates, and ecosystems of the world as part of a unique learning environment.
