Journals, Deaf Education

There are a number of periodicals and professional journals that regularly publish articles on the education of deaf children. Some focus on researchers using a peer-reviewed model; others have content directed more toward practitioners; and others include content that is focused on parents. Most of the journals listed here are specifically published to support the education of deaf children, but a few have a broader mission.

Several journals are still in publication, but a few are no longer disseminating information. The first section will share journals that are still in publication. The second section will share journals that are now defunct but that may be useful for researchers and educators.
