As we enter the 21st century, there is little doubt that the world that we live in is a dramatically changed one. The world that we lived in 10 years ago—even 5 years ago—has been altered by the rapid development of technology metamorphosing the systems in which we exist. The neighborhood of our lives today is the global neighborhood. The system that we live in today is a global one.
