Temporality
Temporality refers to the nature or structure of time, in terms of its objective existence, its subjective experience, or both, and particularly with respect to the relations among its dimensions (past, present, and future) and the way in which it passes. It can also include time's relation to eternity and to history. This entry reviews concepts of time in Western thought and describes their elaboration in political theory.
