Learning refers to the intake of new information for the purposes of later recall and usage. Learning is integral to success, as new information is required in virtually all areas of new venture management. Those managing the new organization must learn new technologies, new procedures, new products, new employees' names, and so on. New employees must learn the structure of this new organization, their new job duties, the names of their new coworkers, the specifications of their new projects, and the like.
