Applied Behavior Analysis

Applied behavior analysis is a methodology for systematically applying the principles of learning theory to develop interventions that will improve socially significant behaviors to a meaningful degree, as well as demonstrate that the interventions employed are responsible for the improvement in behavior. Applied behavior analysis has been repeatedly demonstrated to be a highly effective approach across a wide range of problems and environments, including education, mental health and mental retardation, parent training, environmental management, and organizational management. Applied behavior analysis is a specialty used by various professions.
