Abstract

This chapter addresses the theory of ethical relativism and how it works in practice. The first part explains ethical relativism, its history, limitations, and new directions. The second part examines the practical implications of the theory. Readers will critically evaluate the theory and practice, applying it to situations ranging from company recruiting to tackling climate change.
