Abstract
The most successful leaders of organizations are those who think strategically through advanced planning. In a fast-evolving business world, however, plans can quickly become outdated. The Adaptive Model of Strategic Communication addresses how leadership can both plan ahead and remain adaptable. To accomplish this, managers should shift their focus from advanced decision-making toward equipping employees with necessary resources. Rather than adhering to specific communication plans yearly or quarterly, employees at various levels can respond more quickly. The organization thrives in the surrounding environment while maintaining a clear organizational identity.
