Note: President Andry Rajoelina announced a new cabinet, again led by Prime Minister Monja Roindefo, on September 8, 2009, but its composition was rejected by the three main opposition forces (led by former presidents Marc Ravalomanana, Didier Ratsiraka, and Albert Zafy).
