Abstract
Helping Hands, Heating Homes, Healthy Hearts is a non-profit agency that focuses on improving the lives of impoverished people, either through technical means (repairing their housing situations) or emotional support. At the moment, we are presented with difficulties in communication in the home improvement and efficiency division of the organization. A consultant is hired to work with the manager and the facilitator familiar with the teams composed of assessors, crew members, and inspectors. The main topic coming out of this case is the significance of collegiality and effective communication in the workforce.
