Abstract

This case presents a study of TA Telecom a company that constantly adapts itself within an ever-changing industry. TA Telecom begins at a slow and secure starting point – initially with only one single client to establish its footing. As the industry and market change rapidly, however, so does the company and its structure. TA Telecom seeks to develop internal structures that allow it to not just keep up, but also to stay ahead of the curve. It works to embed creativity, efficiency, and adaptation in a structured environment that allows all employees to participate.
