Abstract
The case deals with Sunil Kapoor, a successful first-generation entrepreneur in India, who faces a dilemma when his three children make demands that have probable long-term implications on the family and business. One of them wants to join the family business, another wants a higher financial benefit from the company, and the third child wants to reinvest and grow the company.
