Rights and Obligations: Wholesome Eats’ Response to Policing Migration

Abstract

The case of the fictitious Wholesome Eats – and its recently appointed chief executive Dipa Jade – deals with the obligations and duties of a business corporation. This includes policies the business corporation must follow to avoid trouble with the law. Operating in a politically charged scenario, one also marked by digital-era commentary on social media, Wholesome Eats has complied with new immigration regulations as enforced by the government on the right-to-work status of employees.
