Abstract
The case deals with the problem of forecasting inflation rate in the short, medium, and long term for the Indian Economy. Various macroeconomics theories and models for explaining and predicating inflation will have to be used while discussing the case. It will show the application of all these theories and concepts to the Indian reality. It can also be used for showing the application of econometric methods.
