    Mark-David J. McLaughlin, a PhD candidate at Bentley University, earned his MBA from St. Edward’s University and BS from Texas Tech University. He has held a variety of security related positions at IBM and Cisco and was the team lead of the Product Security Incident Response Team in Cisco’s Security Research and Operations group.

    W. Alec Cram, Assistant Professor of Information & Process Management at Bentley University, received a BComm from Queen’s University and worked as an IT Audit Manager at Deloitte before completing his MSc and PhD at Queen’s. His research on information systems control has been published in a variety of outlets, including the Information Systems Journal and the Journal of Information Systems.

    Janis L. Gogan, Professor of Information & Process Management at Bentley University, earned EdM, MBA, and DBA degrees from Harvard University. Her many teaching cases have been taught at business schools around the world, and her research on strategic IT management has been presented at conferences such as AoM, AMCIS, ECIS, HICSS ICIS, and NACRA and in more than 40 papers published in scholarly journals.
