Abstract
The case details a conversation between the senior leadership team of a large NGO in India after the passing of the 2013 Companies act which mandates that all Indian companies above a certain size must set aside a portion of their profits for CSR activities. Students are asked to consider how these new conditions might impact an NGO and its mission and values.
