Abstract
This case discusses Human Resources (HR) challenges at a fictional further education college. Delia Crisp, a former sociology lecturer now works as the Head of Student Counselling. Shifts in funding mean that her new role may no longer be supported. As Director of HR, you are charged with reviewing Delia’s terms of employment and making a recommendation.
