Renmin Business School

Renmin Business School (RMBS) is one of China’s premier business schools. Dating back to 1950, RMBS also boasts the longest history of management education in China. RMBS’s strengths are rooted in the rich accumulation of intellectual assets of our parent university in the humanities and social sciences, a long-standing tradition of close integration between theory and practice, close engagement with enterprises and governments, and a large alumni base. RMBS is a leader with global perspective and insightful understanding of Chinese management.
Renmin Business School founded the Case-Based Research Center in April 2006, and renamed it as the Research Center for Management Cases and Teaching Innovation in 2011. The aim of the center is to enhance the integration of teaching, learning, research, and industrial expertise by focusing on case development and teaching innovation. As of June 2020, the Center has developed more than 300 cases, including traditional cases, raw cases, and brief cases.
