School of Management at Fudan University

School of Management at Fudan University (FDSM) is the first business school in the Chinese mainland to enter the UTD Global Top 100 Business School Research Rankings and has remained its top 100 position for seven consecutive years. Driven by the School’s noble mission of setting roots in China in its progress, dedicating itself to innovative research, and cultivating academic specialists, business elites and social leaders with global perspectives and local insights, all the faculty and staff at FDSM have spared no effort to not only enhance the teaching and research competences in an all-round manner but also cultivate large numbers of outstanding management talent for China’s prosperous economic development in the future.

FDSM founded the case center in 2007 and merged into Knowledge Development and Communication Center (KDCC) in 2011. The center focuses on developing cases centered within the Chinese business environment to enhance the integration of teaching, learning, research and industry expertise. The case center also provides service and collaboration for case teaching methods training, case collection publishing, case competition, and case studies. The FDSM Case Series is mainly a collection of brief cases written by the faculty and case researcher of the school.
