In June 2022, Revlon, the American cosmetics giant, filed for bankruptcy despite overall growth in the beauty and cosmetics sector. This case analyzes the financial turmoil that led to the downfall of a 90-year-old multinational company and asks students what steps Revlon should take to reestablish its foothold in the global cosmetic industry.
