Abstract

Kalani Textile, an Indian family-owned business, is recognised as a booming brand in the Indian apparel market. It has also expanded into the UK market. However, personality clashes among the brothers and differences in priorities are shaking up the family and the business. As a result the eldest brother sold ownership to their close competitor, Agrawal Textiles. The younger brothers must now decide whether to sell the business to the owner of Agrawal Textile or continue with him as new partner.
