Abstract

Trevon Reynolds, the founder and CEO of Adelphi Healthcare, must quickly decide on a path to save his struggling company. The firm is a 5-year-old international healthcare staffing firm that brings in foreign-trained nurses and therapists to the United States. Adelphi had enjoyed early success, but because of newfound limitations in their ability to obtain visas for foreign healthcare workers, the firm has started to greatly falter. There are, however, still some options for getting the company back on track. It is Trevon’s task to choose one of the options and quickly implement the plan.
