A Small World After All

Abstract

Sam Shruggins is a man in his fifties with multifaceted experience in the field of Organizational Development (OD). His has worked with various small and medium sized companies, and he is invited to Brewer, a small rural city in Maine, to assist one of the city's largest companies, Mercury Standard Corporation. He soon realizes that one of the challenges of belonging in a small community is that confidentiality is hard to maintain, and his job is terminated long before it begins.
