Former CEO of Hewlett-Packard, Mark Hurd, was fired in 2010 for filing false expense reports to cover up his relationship with a female contractor. Before his transgressions were revealed, Hurd was by all accounts considered to be an exemplary CEO, doubling stock prices and increasing revenue.
