    Dr. Charlotte Allen, PhD, is currently a Professor of Marketing at Stephen F. Austin State University. She holds a BS in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Baylor University, and her PhD from the University of North Texas. Her research interests include information technology, online consumer behavior and retail issues. She teaches various marketing and technology classes for undergraduate and graduate students and supervises the social media interns for the Nelson Rusche College of Business.

    Dr. Gina Harden, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Management at Stephen F. Austin State University, where she also earned her undergraduate degree. She earned her MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler and her Ph.D. from the University of North Texas. Her research interests focus on social software and knowledge management systems. She teaches Management Information Systems at both the graduate and undergraduate level and serves as faculty advisor for the Society for Advancement of Management (SAM), a professional student organization.

    Dr. Warren W. Fisher is Professor Emeritus of Management in the Department of Management and Marketing at Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA). He received his PhD in Operations and Logistics Management from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 and taught both there, at the University of Oklahoma, and at the University of Mississippi before coming to SFA as chair of his current department in 1990. He served a total of 10 years as department chair and 4.5 as associate dean before retiring in 2013. Dr. Fisher taught operations management, management information systems, and quantitative methods, and he still teaches operations management part-time. Dr. Fisher’s articles have been published in a variety of journals including Decision Sciences.
