This is the third book I’ve written on the subject of bullying prevention and intervention. The first book was Bullying From Both Sides: Strategic Interventions for Working With Bullies and Victims (2006). It was followed in 2008 by Working With Parents of Bullies and Victims. The purpose of this final book in the trilogy is to focus on the group of individuals who participate in the bully–target continuum that are, in many respects, the most important of the relationship—those who create and generate the problem.
