The chapters in Part IV bring a relational perspective that explores issues of grassroots communication, women's organization, and social movements. We look beyond the structures of communication (the communication means), the product, or the content to discuss grassroots communication as a strategy. At an institutional level, this includes strategies of participatory research, community development, and mobilizing initiatives.
