58.1 The Instrument and its Administration
Role Pics (E) measures the various coping styles of entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs experience different kinds of stress (see Chapters 56 and 57), and they need to develop their coping competence. This instrument is designed to provide this kind of help to the entrepreneurs and those who play facilitating roles in working with entrepreneurs.
The instrument is administered the same way as described in Chapter 56.
