51.1 The Instrument and its Administration
The Nursing Role Efficacy Scale (A) primarily focuses on the role of nurses. It is a structured instrument consisting of 30 items. The purpose of this instrument is to survey the perception of the nursing role in a hospital. Based on his experience in the hospital, a respondent is asked to rate each item on a 5-point scale, indicating how much he agrees with it.
