36.1 The Instrument and its Administration
TSI-G is meant for helping individuals to examine their styles as persons, and not in any role. While all other TSI forms are role-related, TSI-G is for general use.
TSI-G is self-administered. When administered in a group, the facilitator should read the instructions with the participants to make certain that they have no queries. The Score Sheet should not be distributed until the instrument is completed. Respondents can score their own responses, or the facilitator can collect and score the answer sheets for them. If administered in a homogenous group, a group profile can be prepared by averaging the group scores for each style and function.
