35.1 The Instrument and Their Administration
Transactional Styles Inventory (TSI) has been created to help the respondents examine their interactional or transactional styles, and develop strategies to enhance their inter-personal effectiveness. TSI is available for managers, trainers, consultants, counsellors, teachers, parents, students, nurses and journalists. The comments made and suggestions given here are applicable to all the forms of TSI.
Although TSI is self-administered, the facilitator should read the instructions with the participants to make certain that they have no queries. The Score Sheet should not be distributed among respondents until the instrument is completed.
