The business landscape is changing incredibly fast due to several, often interrelated, factors, such as globalization, disruptive technologies and business models, innovation, flatter and leaner organizations, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, spin-offs, marketplace disruptions, etc. This rapidly changing business environment is often referred to as VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous). VUCA best describes the volatile and chaotic business, economic and physical environment that we all now face and must learn how to manage under.
