Looking back over this book, we began by providing principals with tools to develop PLC plans, we set the foundations of a PLC by supporting principals as they introduce the concept of PLCs to their staffs, and then we constructed the pillars that support learning teams. In this chapter, the roof of sustainability is set upon the collaborative culture that has been built.
