Sheets and activities for Zak's story can be found later, at the end of the numbered and titled worksheets because the activities are an integral part of the (worksheets as well as the story of Zak. Each of these later worksheets can cover a complete lesson or session. So each worksheet is called a ‘session’. They deal with aspects related to Zak's story about a teenager experiencing difficulty in dealing with his emotions and behaviour. Each sheet containing part of Zak's story is also a worksheet that has space for teenagers to work on it.
