Any coach will tell you that the shift from teaching to coaching is dramatic. Some coaches are lonely and miss the close connections they had with students. Others are in roles that are poorly articulated. Some are not prepared for the complexities of working with adult learners. And others face school cultures that are downright hostile to coaching. To meet these challenges, coaches require ongoing support that provides them with the opportunity to learn alongside a group of peers.
