Psychometric evidence for leadership and outcome constructs

The previous chapter discussed our rationale for choosing specific statistical methods to test our hypotheses in this project. In this chapter, we present the evidence for aggregating the top management team (TMT) member responses to the CEO/organization level of analysis. We also present the psychometric and measurement equivalence evidence for our scales. Overall, the information provided in this chapter indicates that our leadership and outcome scales generally either meet or exceed psychometric standards. They perform in a fashion consistent with our expectations.
