To be willing and able to see with your own eyes and through another's eyes is the gift of wisdom. When we allow ourselves to be open to other perspectives and really see and listen, while contributing our own valuable insight, we know the real meaning of being a team.

At each level, the problem-solving team provides a forum in which to address student performance concerns. The problem-solving teams at each level have different purposes and are, in many cases, composed of different people.
