In my professional life, I occupy two primary roles. First, I am a management and organization professor in the Business School of my university, with a research focus in human resource management. I am also the director of the IBM-Total Quality (TQ) Project—a competitive award by the IBM Corporation to the university. The goals of the project are to promulgate total quality content and processes throughout our academic and administrative functions, with special emphasis on joint business-engineering curricula that teach TQ, using TQ pedagogical methods.
