In this chapter, we continue our exploration of assessment techniques for job candidate selection with the use of tests. As you may have noticed, selection is a substantial topic, and therefore, several chapters are dedicated to selection assessment methodology. The right combination of elements must be integrated to determine which job candidates are the best fit. Not only is it important to select the appropriate combination of methods (e.g., interviews, tests, simulation exercises) it is also important to make sure these methods contain the correct content that is key to the job.
