The higher your energy level, the more efficient your body. The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results.
[Serena] The best analogy I can think of for energy is a water cooler. If you turn the knob and the water starts leaking, you have less water for later since there is a limited amount. The advice I can give for energy? Watch your water cooler; don’t let too much water leak out unnecessarily. Be mindful about where you expend your energy.
Here are some energy leaks:
- Long, unneeded conversations about one student’s repeated misbehavior
- Unhealthy food
- Lack of exercise
- Not enough water or sleep
